About Initiative for Neutral Search

The ‘Initiative for Neutral Search’ is a cross-industry initiative fighting for a non-discriminatory Online General Search and advocates for a robust enforcement of the Digital Markets Act (DMA). The initiative is supported by 140+ signatories from more than 30 industries in backing the 10 Principles for Neutral Online Search. These principles provide a legal and technical framework for assessing the compliance of designated Search Engines with the Digital Markets Act and empower the European Commission and other regulators to put an end to unfair practices.
