Opened in May 2015 Nevşa Cafe & Restaurant is bringing a Mediterranean flavor to Galata Street in Istanbul,
The Managing Partner and the Chef Bayram Sahin says that the menu is a mix of Turkish, Greek Italian Lebanese dishes, using spices used back in Ottoman Period as the flavors more authentic that way.
The dishes are traditional and modern recipes that Bayram have accumulated throughout his years of experience.
