New Angle Capital (NAC) has been an investment advisor to Luxembourg based AIFMs for clients investing in alternative assets since 2015.
In general our mandates have been to take equity positions in European-based alternative assets such as SMEs, tech companies, infrastructure, real estate, etc...). Over the years, we have been doing Fund-of-Fund and/or direct investments (including the use of co-investment rights).
We typically function on managed account basis but welcome non-discretionary work also (where we will focus solely on due diligence and closing process on behalf of the AIFM).
We are able to offer an active follow-up role for all investments, maximizing the return of our clients (observer seat, directorship, chairmanship, executive directorship,...)
When investing in SMEs and tech companies, we focus on transforming these entities into global companies (internationalisation of SMEs).
Our clients are typically qualified institutional clients (Non-European funds, Family Offices, Private Banks, Corporates, etc...).
