About New Jersey PACE
New Jersey PACE (NJPACE) is a 501c3 nonprofit. We administer PACE programs for municipalities in NJ based on a NJ law (similar to laws in other states) that allows for the innovative financing of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Since 2012, we have worked to create a PACE program and amending legislation in NJ. PACE is leading to a boom in clean energy projects for contractors, immediate savings on energy costs for property owners, good new local jobs and a massive reduction in carbon pollution. NJPACE is targeting commercial, industrial and institutional properties.
