Now, let's talk about the type of client companies that choose to work with us, and who we like to recruit for. The criteria we use to target potential client companies are as follows:
1) We already work with client companies just like them in the industry. So, in Chemicals, it's segments like Coatings, Adhesives, Specialty Chemicals, etc. In Packaging, ideal prospects might be Labels, Flexible Packaging etc.
2) We also like to target companies as new clients when we're already familiar with their goals and objectives. So, if we don't already know, we'll be sure to ask the Hiring Manager what are some of the KPIs you're trying to hit, and where is it costing you the most money, when failing to hit those KPIs. This way we have the insight needed to fill the missing links in Productivity that might exist in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or the Technical side of their business.
