New Way are a team of Building Services Engineers offering a fresh approach to Project Management and Design to support Capital and Maintenance teams. We offer the following services: • Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Management • Design Management • M&E Design • M&E Independent Certifier Service • M&E Surveying • M&E Documentation Review New Way have been trading since February 2014. Clients to date include: York Teaching Hospitals; QEM Solutions Ltd; the Carbon and Energy Fund; Queen Mary University London; Leeds Beckett University; AA Projects and; Wainwrights & Co Chartered Surveyors. Projects completed to date have included; Estate infrastructure; New build works; Refurbishments; Carbon Reduction schemes; M&E Surveying and; Independent Certification. New Way support Capital and Maintenance teams. We work directly with tier 1 clients to provide an engineering focus at the top table. We add value to decision making by focussing on M&E services and infrastructure throughout each project. We ensure a project’s aspirations are clear, yet any compromises are measured and appropriate. We recognise that time, effort, collaboration, and engineering judgement, are all essential ingredients to good decision making. Our unique approach is highly valued by our clients. We employ CIBSE Charted Engineers with extensive experience in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contracting, consulting and design. We prioritise quality and judge our success on repeat business.
