NWC is a high street youth brand helping students upskill for the real world. We partner with universities and schools to deliver life skills and work-based learning in a programme-led high street store, working on the re-use of fashion lost property and deadstock upcycled and sold as streetwear. Our mission: to become the UK’s #1 youth brand by giving young people the chance to learn, work, and belong on the high street, as a springboard to their future. The problem: too many young people fail to launch, despite qualifications. They leave education under-prepared and disconnected from real-world work and community. Our solution: a new model of youth development and employability — rooted in enterprise, creativity, and community. From our Venture Your Self life skills programme to our Venture Your Business work experience programmes, NWC develops confidence, capabilities and career readiness. Like the fashion waste our students recycle at retail, they build sustainable value in themselves and their peers. The most entrepreneurial students will be selected to launch a franchise of NWC on their local high street. We're backed by four years of research and co-design with educators, employers, and local partners. Our London pilot store launches Autumn 2025. We're raising seed to scale nationally.
