Established in 1989, Newcastle Properties, LLC is a private real estate investment firm operating a diversified national investment strategy with a strategic focus on the retail, multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Newcastle Properties is a strategic investor and owner of commercial real estate properties. We acquire assets with a long-term perspective, managing them with ongoing care and focus on tenant attraction and retention, as well as property improvement through investment.
