New Challenge is a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to providing expert careers information, advice and guidance (IAG) through a team of highly qualified and experienced Careers Advisers. We also deliver intensive one-to-one career guidance support to unemployed people living in Brent and the neighbouring Boroughs, inspiring them to achieve their employment and learning goals.
New Challenge was established in March 1997 by Gyan Moher. Since then, we have witnessed high demand from unemployed individuals living in London who need support to help them overcome the often multiple barriers they face in finding the employment or learning opportunities they aspire to.
By providing our IAG service to thousands of customers every year, we have supported many to develop their knowledge, upgrade their skills and improve their confidence, thereby allowing them to re-enter the labour market, gain experience, develop their talents, earn a good income and take control of their careers.
At the heart of everything we do for our customers sits high quality careers information, advice and guidance. Our core services include job brokerage, dedicated to matching the skills of our customers with those demanded by the wide range of employers who use our recruitment service.
