Newcrest manages property development and investment. Since 1991 we have managed the development of commercial, residential, industrial and retail properties throughout New Zealand. We focus on quality, design, technology and environmental performance. We aim to maximise the desirability and long term usability of property from the occupier's point of view. We have significant experience in the development of large floor plate commercial office buildings.
