As of December 2023, Newdock has five projects under operation in Madrid, Illescas (Toledo), and Cártama (Málaga) representing 177,000 square meters. Notably, two new additional projects are currently undergoing construction in Illescas and Valencia will add 250.000 square meters to the portfolio. These are projected to be finalized by the end of 2024 and early 2025, respectively.
Furthermore, Newdock possesses an exclusive reserve spanning an additional 180,000 square meters, designated for future project development in major Spanish logistics hubs. These projects will be undertaken via both 'turnkey' and 'at risk' methodologies.
