We’re New England Brewing Co. — a proudly independent brewery based in Uralla, NSW.
Since 2013, we’ve been doing it all under one roof — brewing and packaging every batch ourselves. We’re small, we brew a lot, and the beer is always fresh.
We challenge ourselves every day to make the perfect beer. From lagers to saisons, hop bombs to session ales, sours to barrels — we brew what we love, never rushed. We use open top fermenters when the style calls for it, and every can and keg gets a secondary fermentation to bring out extra depth and balance.
We’re brewers first and brewers last. It’s about balance, ingredients, process, and a mind to the occasion and the season. We care about where our ingredients come from and who we brew with — whether it's a nut grower, coffee roaster, butcher, bar or fellow brewer.
