Newfields Advisors has built its reputation for being a homegrown financial advisor that provides solutions and services to a myriad of international and local clients across all industries in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising (debt and equity), restructurings, strategic corporate alliances, and other financial related corporate exercises. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, private equity houses, and an extensive group of large and medium-sized corporations from across the region in Asia.
Newfields Land emerged from the diversification of the owners as we believe that with the same dedication to detail and philosophy, we will be able to build a presence in the property market in Malaysia. Founded in 2004, we continue to expand with an aggressive land acquisition program recently implemented. With this in mind, we look forward to bringing our innovative ideas and products to the market with several landed and high-rise projects in the Klang Valley being prepared for launch this year and next.
