Fondsfinans

Fondsfinans was a fully licensed Norwegian Investment Bank established in 1950. Fondsfinans held office in Oslo and in 2007 established a FINRA licensed office in New York. Customers included all the major Norwegian Investment Institutions, Private Investors and the Norwegian Ministry of Trade. The company also had a strong customer base in Sweden and UK. In 2016 Fondsfinans was sold and merged with the Swedish based M&A advisor Beringer Finance.
