New Know How

New Know How provides training, coaching, mentoring and learning partnerships for individuals and organisations. We create safe and engaging spaces for professional development. Our learning programs and resources are informed by extensive experience in co-design facilitation, capability building, and community-engaged practice. Some of the work we've enabled through training, coaching and mentoring includes: — a community services provider developed an innovative pilot addressing homelessness caused by family violence; — a health research team planned new vaccination services with and for young people with intellectual disability; — a social enterprise respectfully engaged First Nations employees and health workers around the country to co-create digital products and campaigns; — public servants led innovative employment projects with businesses and industry groups; — a primary school built the capacity of diverse parents to engage and represent community members in educational review and planning processes; — a regional university upskilled hundreds of staff to design and deliver transformative teaching and learning policies and practices; — a systems researcher engaged partners in exploring the implications of new technologies in the building and construction industry; — a health department commissioned compassionate support for people experiencing distress.
