About NEW LEAN
We are convinced that self-organized teams secure the future of medium-sized companies, that they are the means to successfully achieve strong growth in start-ups and that they restore agility to traditional large companies. Our views are based on years of critical engagement with Lean approaches and are fed by the enthusiasm to interpret them in a contemporary way and to enrich them with New Work ideas. Our world, including the world of work, is undergoing a significant transformation. This poses great challenges for entrepreneurs, but above all it offers them new opportunities. With curiosity and passion for the cause, we want to explore theoretical and practical entrepreneurial perspectives for the future. The focus of our attention is on associates; we believe that showing them respect and trust and giving them maximum personal responsibility is crucial to the future viability of companies. Ultimately, it is about enabling self-organized work. This aspect of the once revolutionary lean corporate philosophy has been and continues to be often overlooked. For us, however, this is a central driver for optimizing existing processes and for innovation - after all, it is the employees who optimize and innovate collaboration, processes and products for the benefit of the customer and thus the company. Teams that work independently and an organization that is constantly learning can look forward to future challenges with joy and creativity. In order to be well positioned for the future, companies must offer a high degree of flexibility and speed, striving for constant improvement. They must not only think about new ways of working, but also try them out and implement them. Of course, this requires a great deal of imagination. But only those who think and act with foresight can act instead of react, can lead the way.
