NLCA is here to walk alongside our neighbors on that journey by offering a holistic continuum of support – new and existing services – comprising five pillars: 1. Dignity Services Meeting urgent and emergent needs of our neighbors, including food, clothing, and grooming. 2. Affordable & Workforce Housing Connecting neighbors with affordable and workforce housing to stabilize our families. 3. Workforce Development We currently provide Career Services through resume review and creation, job placements through partners, continuing education (certifications and professional development) and Job Fairs. 4. Education Ensuring quality educational opportunities that will prepare our children and adults for higher learning and earnings to break the cycle of poverty. 5. Health Increasing access to quality healthcare and expand health education and prevention services.
