New Logics

We work with a library of thought geometries called ASH — short for “Also sprach Hagazussa” or “Advanced Strategic Hypostasis”. ASH is a firestarter. For logic pyromaniacs and system arsonists. It’s a transdisciplinary collection of 1,000 (and counting) entries – ways of thinking not built to solve, but to ignite how we see, decide, and act. ASH moves along four complementary axes: • Tertium Datur • Thought Shapes • Binary Codes • Strange Loops Their function: strategic usability in dynamic environments – especially across LIFT: • Learning / Leadership • Innovation / Identity • Future / Foresight • Transformation / Transcendence ASH gives you the chance to revolt against the logic you didn’t know you were using. To become the logic you need – not the one you understand. — How does new thinking emerge? That was the question we started with five years ago. What we found wasn’t a method – but a pattern: Great minds, across centuries and systems, return to forms. Figures. Images. Gestalts. Following that trace led us beyond cognition – into the architectures of reality, the fictions of markets, the shapes that hold societies together. A cultural code began to form – linking new economic thinking to a new economy of mind. Over time, we curated these logics across disciplines: from phenomenology to physics, cognitive linguistics to aesthetics, neuroscience to semiotics, buddhism to voodoo. What emerged wasn’t just a collection, but an environment. A space to think with – and against. A friction chamber for people, ideas, and decisions. Then something clicked: the structure began to think with us. Now, with AI in the loop, ASH scales and condenses in one motion – cutting signal from noise across intelligences: artificial, scientific, organizational. For now, ASH remains private.
