Founded in 2012 by Dr. Sharan Srinivasan (a senior neurosurgeon with expertise in Stereotactic & Functional neurosurgery) and Dr. Prathiba Sharan (Neuropsychologist & Neuro rehab expert), with support from their family and headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, NewRo has demonstrated that comprehensive neurorehabilitation is possible, measurable and achievable. The cognition-based model that NewRo has designed & follows diligently, has proven time and again that Neurorehabilitation, when instituted early and followed up intensely and systematically, leads to ‘magical’ results. With over 35 years of cumulative international & national experience in addressing patients with neurological disabilities & their rehabilitation, the NewRo team has also built and operationalized innovative and cost-effective appliances (holosuit, the ‘Walk free’ suite, arm-lite, Balanzz, to name a few) & software (NewRo Logix™), to assist the rehab professionals in producing ‘magical’ results Located in the heart of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and operational since June 2012, NewRo has treated over 2500 patients so far, of which over 500 have been international patients & performed over 50,000 therapy sessions! We are well known all over India for our unique, result-oriented & yet cost-effective therapy approaches which have produced amazing results in the patients. We had a significant number of disabled patients who have got back to good functional levels, including gainful employment.
