Our members consist of young, local business people from both the employed and self-employed sectors and represent all aspects of business. NJC is dedicated to making a difference to business networks in the area and supporting the development of business leaders of the future. Our ethos is based on encouraging self-development in order to enhance our members business lives and their contribution to the local community.

The Junior Chamber provides training and networking events for our members and helps them to develop their personal confidence and presentation skills through involvement in various events and organising committees.
