Newsoil Technologies Pte Ltd (NST) is a Singapore founded company and is a subsidiary of Boldtek Holdings Limited, which has a track record of more than 30 years in Singapore's construction business. Boldtek's subsidiary companies also include an A1 contractor firm, interior design, precast and development facilities.
NST was incorporated in 2014 as a soil research facility that primarily engages in green construction and treatment of soft clay. NST mainly engages in sustainable soil research and conversion of marine clay into engineered soil which is suitable for various coastal and non-structural construction works.
In 2017, NST had been granted a Patent Act for "Method of Granulation of Marine Clay by Extrusion, Chemical and Physical Treatment to Produce Engineered Soil".
