Newton's 4th Training Academy

Newton's 4th Offers Vocational, occupational and skills training programmes that provide student with scarce and critical skills and practical experience in fields that present good prospects of employment. All programmes are examined and certified nationally. Newton's 4TH has a special focus on apprenticeship training in the following trades: Electrical, Motor Mechanics, Welding and Fabrication, fitting, and Turning, Automotive Body Repair, Spray-Panting, Masonry, Plumbing, and Carpentry and joinery. Courses are offered in Business Management, Information and communication Technology and engineering. We also offer semi short course (3-4 weeks) that focus strongly on employable skills in the following fields. - Boiler -Making - welding - Grinding -Brick layering -Instrumentation -Aircon and refrigeration - Safety Management - Occupational health and Safety - Fire fighter - First Aid No Matric is required, and the training centre provides a plat form for school leavers, people wanting to change careers, people wanting to do their trades test, or qualified artisan who want to sharpen up or improve on certain skills. The only requirement is that the students have to be 16 years or older and have a burning desire to better themselves for the future. We equip the student with essential skills in a workshop environment over a period of 15 days or more.
