Next Capital is an independent private equity firm, specialising in providing capital and expertise to the mid-market. The firm is sector agnostic and focussed on growth opportunities primarily in Australia and New Zealand. Our focus is on small to mid-market buyouts of businesses with an enterprise value of between $50 million and $200 million. The Partners see considerable investment opportunity in this segment of the market and it has been their core area of focus for over 20 years.
