A community led initiative, member companies engage in benchmarking and best practice sharing to run successful Apprenticeship Schemes which better attract and retain young talent, whilst shining a light on the best employers to inspire and connect the next generation.
Through our Engineering Apprenticeships: Best Practice Programme, our goal is to enable engineering & manufacturing firms of all sizes to deliver the best possible apprentice experience whilst becoming great at attracting and retaining skilled apprentice talent.
In collaboration with our strategic partner Make UK, our ‘Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation’ recognises exemplar employers of engineering apprentices; helping young people to make more informed choices on where they pursue their apprenticeship, whilst enabling excellent employers to get recognised and stand out in the competitive world of attracting young talent.
Our Engineering Apprenticeships: Excellent Employer careers platform showcases member companies to a minimum of x5 schools per company, increasing employer brand awareness and signposting of aspiring engineers to their opportunities, whilst helping to inform and inspire the next generation.
