Next Generation Network

The Next Generation Network (NGN) is the trainee-network of ABN AMRO. NGN plays an important and active role in the knowledge expansion of trainees and facilitates the networking both between trainees and management, and amongst trainees themselves. The purpose of the network is to provide trainees with the necessary skills and connections they need for a successful career within the bank. NGN organises several types of events on a regular basis, including challenging workshops, interactive case-studies and lunch sessions. These take part within different departments all over the bank, with important stakeholders and with top management. This way trainees can get to know the bank and its different departments and functions, enlarge their knowledge of the bank's products and build a strong, sustainable and personal network.
