Formed in 2023, we provide financial capital and advisory services to create opportunities for entrepreneurs and employees in markets experiencing under-employment and lower socioeconomic status. We believe helping businesses scale will accelerate growth, wealth, and opportunity - one job at a time.
We are a cohort of like-minded individuals and businesses focused on a “pay it forward” business model. We offer unique paths for individual partners, corporations, and foundations to offer below-market business loans and advisory services. Through our financial partner, Venn Foundation, we syndicate capital from Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) to unleash a potent and innovative financial instrument known as a “Program-Related Investment” (PRI). The PRI becomes loan capital to help our business partners fund their growth resulting in entrepreneurial and job creation wealth.
Our goal is to unite 20-30 individual partners and 3-5 corporate/foundation partners to cultivate a $3M perpetual investment fund. We will empower 6-8 business partners to create 200-400 jobs and $50M-$75M in community wealth. To date, we have raised $600K and have deployed $400K in “friendly loans” to entrepreneurs building businesses that share our mission.
