''I started training with Joey at Next Level in Sept 2015 with the goal to get stronger after pregnancy and lose a bit of baby weight for my wedding. I succeeded in both of these goals within 3 months, losing 6kgs, cms off my hips and waist and built lean muscle. This place in now my second home.
