I can play the part of mentor, advisor or fractional executive, but regardless of the engagement - I avoid generalized commentary and rehashing old playbooks. Instead, I prefer to really get into the weeds with founders. To understand what excites them, what terrifies them and where they see their biggest opportunities. I like to challenge team pre-conceptions, test and iterate quickly and create the environment to make necessary decisions with confidence and clarity.

I love to go deep into the ‘science’ of SaaS - product strategy and delivery, GTM optimization, designing orgs to scale and everything in between - but I believe the ‘art’ is where the magic happens.
