Next Stage A Way Forward is a Social Care Provider that was established in 2002 and focuses on supporting vulnerable adults with complex care needs to live independently within their community. Following the success of our adult services, we established three additional companies that are dedicated to supporting children and young people. Our mission is to care for those around us and provide support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults within our communities. We inspire those around us showing that we care, we earn their trust, we build them up and we help them accept life’s challenges. We believe in the power of positive inspiration and the affect it can have on a person’s life. We strive to support everyone to achieve successful outcomes, and we meaningfully engage with our communities. We support individuals learning and growth within a safe and supportive working environment.
