Next Step

Next Step is a collaborative community for early to mid-level HR and Talent professionals. We meet monthly to discuss HR and talent trends, share knowledge, and provide support to each other. We also offer an interactive Slack group for quick problem solving and event sharing. Next Step was established to offer early to mid-level HR and Talent professionals a free community where they can connect with individuals at similar stages in their careers. Our goal is to facilitate conversations and encourage meaningful connections through peer mentorship.
