Next Step Foundation

Next Step, our evidence based program, helps children with additional needs explore, develop, learn, build relationships and have loads of fun. We offer a nurturing environment supported by specialised coaches, health professionals and a pathway for families to experience feelings of security, acceptance and understanding. Next Step’s inclusive learning approach aims to narrow the divide between children’s access to mainstream and special needs classes. Our approach has proven results and strong family and community support. Every year in Australia 20,000 children are born with some form of disability. We help children achieve their potential through harnessing the unifying force of soccer and promoting inclusive practices. Our soccer programs are tailored to meet children and family’s unique needs focusing on developing relationships with communities, building confidence and empowering parents.
