* Provides full cycle outsourced hiring and recruitment services to companies on a contract basis, typically for a minimum of 6-12 months * Builds long-term relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring needs, business model, and organizational structure * Draws upon a robust pool of candidates utilizing proactive, targeted, sourcing and screening methods * Handles all administrative work associated with hiring and recruitment including job postings, applicant/resume reviews, targeted searches, initial screening interviews, applicant tracking, administration of skills tests and writing exercises, reference checks * Coordinates the scheduling of all client interviews * Acts as the point person for all communications with applicants * Provides weekly recruiting summaries, ensuring client's awareness of the overall applicant pool and transparency of work performed on their behalf * Offers interview training/coaching to inform clients on how to gain a deeper understanding of an applicant's skills and organizational fit and increase the likelihood of a long- term hire
