Next Wave Trades is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to financially supporting motivated mechanics, technicians, and craftsmen in pursuing careers in marine-related trades. Leveraging our established relationships within the marine sector, Next Wave Trades aims to provide an educational experience that leads to sustainable career pathways. Our mission is to transform lives while positively impacting the marine service industry. To facilitate this journey, we offer educational support, hands-on internships through industry connections, and housing accommodations to ensure financial feasibility for our participants.
