Nextcode Genomics

Nextcode was a spinout of Decode Genetics, led by the pioneers of population DNA sequencing. The company's clinicogenomic cohorts and analytical platform enabled it to win therapeutic royalties and clinical development milestones with pharma. We acquired the Genomics Medicine Ireland (GMI) biobank. As a joint venture with WuXi-AppTec, the US-China fallout led to Nextcode being reincorporated as Genuity Science and late acquired by HiberCell Therapeutics.
