NextGen Founders Lab

NextGen Founders Lab is Canada’s venture studio designed exclusively for ambitious high school students. Our 9-month program helps teens go beyond ideas — guiding them through the full startup journey, from building an MVP to gaining real customers. Students work in fast, iterative cycles of building, testing, and learning — supported by hands-on mentors, expert-led workshops, and practical startup toolkits. Every venture is paired with a 1:1 mentor. Every student walks away with a product, an implementable roadmap, customer traction, and the kind of experience that stands out on college applications, scholarships, and resumes. We’re building the pipeline of future founders, innovators, and problem-solvers — right here in Canada. By giving youth early access to entrepreneurial tools, networks, and real-world experience, we aim to grow homegrown talent and strengthen Canada’s innovation economy for the long term.
