NextGen Talent

NGT empowers low-income students and students of color with tools that help them to explore and select high-value postsecondary programs leading to financially rewarding careers. We partner with high schools, college access+success organizations, CBOs, WDBs, etc. and train their counseling/advising staff on our tools and an advising strategy that make their advising programs more tactical, evidence based, and career focused.
