Our mission is add real value to the education sector by not only being experts in our markets but also through hosting networking events, running workshops and creating communities in the local area.
NextGen Teachers is part of an established recruitment business named Huntress which has been supporting its customers from its office in Leeds and Crawley for over 20 years.
Our specialist areas of recruitment are Teachers and Teaching Assistants (Support staff) specifically for SEN, Primary and Secondary schools.
We want to build a team of specialist and talented recruiters that are genuinely passionate about making a difference by placing the right teachers into our schools with the intention of inspiring our children now and in the future, hence our tagline: Shaping the Future Generation!
