NextGen Under 30 Oklahoma

In just thirteen years, the NextGen Under 30 program has expanded throughout Oklahoma, with 2,890 award winners selected from 9,755 nominees, from over 421 different companies and organizations located in cities and towns across the entire State of Oklahoma. By the year of 2024, Millennials will make up nearly half of our workforce in Oklahoma. Do you know any young adult OVER-ACHIEVER Oklahomans doing amazing things in Oklahoma and who are 30 years old in 2024 or younger? The NextGen Under 30 LEADERSHIP and AWARD RECOGNITION Program was founded in 2011 and has received over 9,755 nominations as there are many talented young individuals living in Oklahoma. The NextGen Under 30 mission is to identify and honor these very talented young Oklahomans, to encouraging them to follow their lifetime family and career goals in Oklahoma.
