NextGenPM UMD

NextGenPM helps students interested in Project Management meet educational and professional goals by hosting events to allow them to make connections with Project Management Professionals from local PMI chapters, to learn more about Project Management Institute (PMI) credentials, to develop leadership skills, and volunteer on projects impacting local causes while utilizing their PM skills to assist non-profit organizations. The club also aims to provide a platform for members to share their knowledge and experiences in project management, create networking opportunities for members, organize training and development programs, and promote project management as a valuable and rewarding profession to students and individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in this field.
