We are a not-for-profit organisation, connecting female (high school) students with successful business women in middle and senior management. These women serve as mentors for the students and help them to navigate around questions such as "What college should I go?" or "What jobs are out there for me?".
We believe that introducing the next generation of leaders with those who are currently climbing the career ladder will create synergies that are beneficial for both.
