Next Level Consulting is focused on walking alongside small business owners (1-15 employees) to help coach and train in areas of financial reporting and analysis, human resources, sales, systems and administration, marketing and investing back. In our experience small business owners are great at knowing their business and what it takes to get the job done, however stepping up to the NEXT LEVEL with employees, office structure, systems etc. often takes more than what comes intuitively. Our NEXT LEVEL consultants pride themselves in not just helping you take things up a notch, we pride ourselves in working with you, alongside to explain the what, how and why. We want to train you, equip you and empower to be able to do it all until you have the capacity to hire a full time or part time person for the task at hand. We work and have worked with clients in various industries including medical, architecture, IT managed services, home automation, performing arts school, personal counselling, political campaigns and more.
