NEXT LEVEL Annual Women's Empowerment Conference

2021 NEXT LEVEL theme captures the spirit and determination of women who have endured challenging times and are determined to adapt, grow, and prosper. Just like the women who paved the way for us through the centuries by standing up or sitting down, they make significant contributions through their work and talents, organizing for change, balancing families and careers, and so much more. From the mighty women of the Bible to freedom fighters and modern-day ceiling crashers, at one time, those women must have asked themselves the same question we ask ourselves in 2021 "How do I take this to the next level?" NEXT LEVEL WOMEN ADAPT. We are forced to take a more in-depth look at the challenges in 2020. Cicely Tyson, an actress who shattered stereotypes, said, "Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew. They are what makes the instrument stretch – what makes you go beyond the norm. We go beyond the norm because we open our minds to new ideas, have learned to be a little more flexible, question the status quo, and are willing to go against the grain. We can accept what we cannot control, and we are no longer terrified of change, but we understand that change is inevitable, so we plan for it. NEXT LEVEL WOMEN GROW. We embrace challenges and persevere through them. We have a hunger to increase her knowledge, to become better. We are our own competition, and we are always willing to help others grow. NEXT LEVEL WOMEN PROSPER. We don't stop at growing; we thrive. We take the talent, ability, and dreams we have been given and multiply them. We aim to succeed, and, as we do, we help our communities to thrive as well. So, in honor of Women's History Month, a month dedicated to reflecting on the valiant, often unknown contributions of women in every arena of life, join us for a day of learning together how to adapt, grow, and prosper!
