Next Nest

Next Nest is the flagship of sustainable architecture in Hungary. We create our residential buildings for those who imagine their future in smartly designed, high-quality living spaces and for whom preserving the natural environment bears great importance. Next Nest Future houses are built mainly from recycled or recyclable materials. Therefore, compared to traditional buildings, only about the tenth of waste is generated during construction. One of the main features of Next Nest houses – and their little brother, the Drift mobile house – is the wise use of space. Creating multifunctional communal and moderate individual areas ensures that every square centimeter counts. Our houses require minimal maintenance. All selected materials, structural elements, and mechanical solutions are future-proof and reliably of high quality so that they serve the comfort of our clients and their families in the long run.
