NextPartners specializes in providing clients with dedicated advice on disruptive technologies, governance, and corporate finance. In particular, our focus is on sustainable solutions in building partnerships, executing sustainable strategies, raising capital, optimizing capital structure, exit strategies, and other long term value creating issues. NextPartners, as independent of any outside interests, focus solely on client needs and works closely with our clients and financial sponsors, banks, and other financial service providers as well as with professional service providers such as accounting firms, tax and legal advisors, and management consultants.
