Coming soon to Nashville, TN! We are a nonprofit community-based fitness and wellness facility providing life-changing services to people living with paralysis and other physical disabilities. Today, most of these individuals are deprived of the resources they desperately need to live long, healthy and happy lives. Without access to progressive care, individuals will experience health deterioration, decline in functional mobility, depression, and secondary medical conditions that can result in serious illness or death.
We will offer NeuroRecovery Network certified trainers, Activity-Based Therapy, Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation, Functional Electrical Stimulation, vibration training, state-of-the-art accessible equipment, strength training, cardiovascular training, and further down the road, Locomotor Training to ensure an improved quality of life and continuum of care for this underserved population.
We will serve people recovering from Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's disease, other neurologic and non-neurologic based conditions causing paralysis or other physical disabilities.
We will join other NextStep centers in Los Angeles (HQ), Atlanta, Orlando, Kansas City, Raleigh, Las Vegas, the Ukraine, and New Zealand who for years have been helping people in their communities live healthier, fuller lives.
