NextTechTalents project will strengthen early-stage research careers by creating a sustainable talent ecosystem across academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. The project will address career mobility gaps in fast-growing sectors like AI, digital transformation, and deep tech. It will offer tailored training, mentoring, and career services based on the ResearchComp framework to equip researchers with key interdisciplinary skills. A practical handbook for HR managers and training providers will support implementation. By fostering cross-sector collaboration, the project will improve employability, boost innovation, and support talent circulation across the European Research Area.
