Nexus English Language Learning Centre has been operating in Myanmar since June 2010. Offering a wide range of ESL courses including Business English, English for Specific Purposes (Oil and Gas, Tourism, Medicine, Senior Management, Hotel and Restaurant etc.), General English, Conversation, Academic IELTS and English for young learners (Cambridge Y.L. Exams, KET, PET, FCE ) nexus is now one of the country's leading language course providers. In addition to our regular Y.L. and adult students we have also provided courses for many high profile organisations including UNDP, UNOPS, ICRC, Shwe Taung Cement, Virginia Tobacco Co. Ltd.l, Max Group of Companies, United Pharmaceuticals, DHL, Myanmar CP Livestock, Daiwa Myanmar-Japan Foundation, Central Bank, GIZ, RMA, Myanmar Economic Corporation and Pioneer Aerodrome Services Ltd.to name but a few. Nexus Business courses are tailor made for each client, and instructors utilise a wide range of resources relevant to the trainees' job description's, industry, language level, and requirements. These courses are available in 40, 60, 80 or 120 hours. Our instructors are experienced and qualified native speaker (U.K, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A.) ESL professionals who use a student centred, highly communicative approach in the classroom. We encourage a fun, productive learning environment which helps students retain their motivation and yields noticeable improvement in language acquisition and fluency. We also have several highly experienced and fully qualified local instructors who teach students at the Beginner/Elementary stage, especially those who lack the listening comprehension and/or confidence to study with a native speaking instructor.
