Nexus Grad bridges the gap between education and employment by offering part-time jobs, internships, and fresh graduate opportunities. We focus on preparing students, especially TVET graduates, to gain valuable experience and kickstart their careers. By connecting companies with students while they are still studying, we help organizations identify and nurture the right talent early, reducing the risk of losing high-skilled individuals to other countries or seeing graduates in underqualified roles. As the only platform in Malaysia exclusively focused on graduates, Nexus Grad supports the entire journey—from part-time work to internships to securing their first full-time job.
