Nexus Leadership Development

Paula Dixon from Hazon Consulting and Linda O'Donnell from Zenith Consulting collaborate to bring you Nexus Leadership. We are passionate about bringing occupational psychology research and best practice to create quality and engaging development programmes and executive coaching for leaders across the third sector. We have listened to the sector, by means of our own research, and designed our leadership programmes to meet the specific needs of those operating at senior levels across the charity sector. Our progammes not only develop existing leaders but recognise the need to develop future leaders thus maintaining the talent pipeline. We have ensured our programmes are affordable, fun, engaging and practical. We have had great feedback from those who have previously attended. We look forward to continuing to work with third sector leaders of the present and the future.
