NEXUS-NY Clean Energy Accelerator

NEXUS-NY is a clean energy proof-of-concept accelerator funded by NYSERDA and operated by High Tech Rochester. We intend to help New York researchers create scalable, clean-energy start-up companies. We will succeed by providing financial and other assistance to early-stage technology teams. Accepted teams can expect to receive up to $75,000 in financial support. Our program consists of several components including: - Proof-of-concept grants - An intense, 12 week experiential curriculum modeled after the NSF i-Corps program - Assistance from experienced mentors and advisors - Prototyping support Teams will be considered for acceptance to NEXUS-NY on an annual basis after completing our application. Our application windows open each year in the fall.
